Comprehensive breakfast, central location, helpful staff, convenient for major facilities, close to museums and shopping districts.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is located in an excellent area, right next to a beautiful park where you can enjoy the outdoors. It is also conveniently close to all the best shops, major art galleries, and popular tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a lovely view. The staff provides excellent service, making sure all your needs are met. The breakfast buffet is good, with a variety of options to choose from.

The water pressure in the shower could be better.

The staff are extremely helpful, making our stay feel like clockwork. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist destinations. The spacious room with a massive bed and nice bedding was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the good size wardrobes and the safe. The windows opening onto a quiet quadrangle ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Although we didn't have time to use the spa, it looked inviting and we liked the fact that each guest could book a private hour to enjoy it. Lastly, the on-street restaurant provided a great atmosphere to dress up and be seen.

We had a great Easter break at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions and metro station nearby. The shower had low water pressure, a bit disappointing. the wifi connection was only adequate, and at times we experienced slow speeds.

The staff at Hospes were really nice too ensure that my stay was really good. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to assist with any request or question I had. The level of service provided by the staff made a difference in my experience.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the occasional noise from the outdoor bar and restaurant, they did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at Hospes. The perfect location, spacious rooms, and the warm and cute atmosphere created a nice stay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right by the Puerta de Alcala. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive and cute. I had a great stay and would definitely return to this cozy and excellent hotel.
